By creating an account or using InvoicePilot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If anything here is unclear, just reach out — we're happy to explain.

You must be at least 18 years old and use InvoicePilot for lawful business purposes. That's it.

To keep your account secure, please:

• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Keep your password private — don't share it with others
• Let us know if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account

You are responsible for activity under your account, so treat your credentials like you would your bank password.

InvoicePilot is built for honest, everyday business use — creating invoices, managing clients, and getting paid. We trust you to use it that way.

The few things we ask you not to do:

• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Try to access other users' accounts or data
• Upload harmful code or attempt to interfere with the platform
• Scrape or reverse-engineer the platform
• Create multiple accounts to get around Free plan limits

If you ever run into a limitation that doesn't make sense for your use case, just reach out — we'd rather find a solution than lose a good user.

Pro Plan — ₹299 for 30 days

• Unlimited clients and invoices
• Custom branding — your logo, no InvoicePilot watermark

How billing works

• Pro is a one-time 30-day payment — not an auto-renewing subscription
• Payment is processed securely via Razorpay
• After 30 days your account simply reverts to the Free plan — no surprise charges, no data loss
• You can upgrade again any time

• You own 100% of your data — clients, invoices, and business information
• We will never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing
• You can export your data at any time
• We only access your data to provide the Service or if you raise a support request

The InvoicePilot platform, design, and branding belong to us. Your data and content belong to you. You get a licence to use the Service for its intended purpose — creating and managing invoices.

We work hard to keep InvoicePilot running smoothly. Occasionally we may need to perform maintenance or updates — we'll try to do this at off-peak times and give you notice where possible.

InvoicePilot is provided in good faith, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free in every situation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

If you ever have a claim against us, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the issue arose.

We may suspend accounts in cases of clear misuse — fraud, illegal activity, or serious violations of these terms. We'll always try to reach out first if something looks off, unless the situation requires immediate action to protect other users.

If you ever want to stop using InvoicePilot, you're free to do so at any time. To request full account and data deletion, just contact our support team.

If we make significant changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect so you have time to review. Continued use after that date means you're comfortable with the update.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
